Tidung Island Urban Village Provides Subsidized Food Packages

Tidung Island Urban Village of South Thousand Islands sold 922 subsidized food packages for KJP holders, PJLP, and RPTRA administrators at the local urban village office.

Tidung Urban Village Head, Hafsah informed, those packages consist of 5 kg rice with price Rp 30,000; chicken Rp 8,000; meat Rp 35,000; 15 eggs Rp 10,000; mackerel Rp 13,000; and milk Rp 30,000/carton.

"All packages sold out fast," he said, Tuesday (4/14).

According to him, subsidized packages really help residents in difficult times like this, because it is hard to get daily necessities during coronavirus outbreak.

"Satpol PP give us assistance in maintaining physical distance between customers. Hopefully this food package can help them to get through this situation," he asserted.
